Résumé


The subject of entrepreneurship and the creation of enterprises has become one of the subjects which have aroused the interest of researchers because of their strategic importance and their responsibility to promote the economic and social development of any country. Therefore, our interest in this paper concerns the concept of entrepreneurship and the role it plays in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in achieving economic growth, in addition to the innovation system as the basis of the spirit business. This is based on a new
method in its process.This is what we examine in the study of the case of the small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
