This article deals with the dialectical relationship between the identity on self-actualisation and the necessity of the raging struggle for recognition. For there is no way to prevent moral injustices (from offends and despises) except in paradigm situation that entails the transition of the concept of recognition from its metaphysical dimension to its ethical one. This at the same time establishes a new standard of three institutional spheres for the concept of social justice; defined by contemporary theory of recognition in love, law and solidarity sphere. Indeed, there is no establishment of this fair standard without struggle and defense waged by identity in each sphere separately; preserving the right of differ and seeking to attain the benefits of recognition, including self-confidence, self-respect and self-esteem.
