The intellectual output of Paul Pascon is both abundant and diverse.It affects
more or less all areas of the human sciences.In this essay, I first want to restore some descriptive elements (abundance, diversification and predominance of the
unpublished articles) in order to try to explain its content by asking for the author's
biography. This contribution ends with a suggestive and partial discussion of the
logical skeleton that structures Pascon's sociology.
