This sociological contribution aims to highlight the social presence of the Moroccan employee in the period of his retirement, this stage that is expanding in quantity and quality within the Moroccan population pyramid. So, the question raises here is related to the retiree planning and preparation. This planning linked in our hypothesis to the independent variables, that are distributed between the nature of the social representations of the retiree period on one hand, and the nature of his special socio-professional, on the other hand, which we find in the third part, the map of the fields and activities on which the time of the planned retiree is distributed.

To realise that theoretical and empirical proposition, we adopted an empirical research that included four associations of retirees in Marrakech City, which constituted 10% of their original sample, through the questionnaires tools, and we used the semi-directed interviews with the actors of associations to collect some supplementary informations.

The results conclude that the retiree's representations of this stage are related to the existence/absence of retiree’s planning. And that the socio-professional associations give the retiree employees greater opportunities for planning compared to the other employees, through their income, high level of education, and the possibility of acquiring multiple experiences and relationships that they invest after their retirement; and that the presence of planning gives the retiree the freedom to use his/her time and enables them at the same time to diversify their activities, which refers directly to the model of   stable distribution of social time for the retiree.
