Résumé


During the period between the 13 AH / 17 AD and the 15 AH / 19 AD centuries, the Al-Baydan region witnessed the emergence of many schools of thought and jurisprudence that were interested in studying the Islamic legislative heritage. It affected the soil of Beidan, and some hard-working jurists appeared in it, who provided justifications for their methodological and intellectual choices. It took the form of intellectual currents and trends, each of which adopted a religious discourse and an educational and educational trend in line with the general trend of its approach; Where some of them were concerned with the external sciences, especially the jurisprudence sciences, while others were concerned with the esoteric sciences and diving into the meanings of the soul, such as Sufism and theology, while the last section remained true to the approach of imitation and the call to return to the first sources of Islam and the method of the righteous predecessors in knowing the provisions of Sharia and working with them.

The trends of interpretation of Sharia at the level of Soil of Beidan society are divided into four schools: The jurisprudence school; the speech school; The Salafist School; The Sufi School.
