محاولة تركيبية أولية لجغرافية جائحة "كوفيد- 19 بين العالمي والمحلي

Résumé

In late December 2019, a patient in Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital in Hubei province in
China was diagnosed with pneumonia. The illness was caused by a novel emerging
coronavirus, Covid-19. By 20 February 2020, there were over 75000 cases of Covid-19 in China.
Covid-19 was quick to spread beyond China’s borders. On 11 March, the World Health
Organization (WHO) declared a pandemic. By 23 mai, the WHO reported that there
were 5388370 confirmed cases worldwide and over 343448 deaths.
It is now clear that Covid-19 presents two major problems. The first problem is the
economic transformations and crises in light of the current crisis "Coronavirus" and its
comprehensive effects on all natural and human aspects, including economic ones,
which caused countries to face crises of varying nature and severity, which did not
spare even the most powerful economies in the world. The second problem is the
varying degrees in the speed and nature of the measures taken with regard to the
practice of domestic quarantine and the health policy undertaken in the face of this
exceptional situation: closing of borders and public places, prohibition of grouping,
closing of schools and universities, imposing wearing of masks on the whole
population, etc.
