| 4. | Description | Abstract | In the present study, novel amino lactone derivatives of tomentosin 2 were efficiently prepared through a diastereoselective conjugate addition of several secondary amines to the α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone function of tomentosin 1, a sesquiterpene lactone extracted from Dittrichia viscosa. These compounds were fully characterized by spectroscopic methods. |
