Abstract

Abstract: Nanoparticle chitosan was conjugated with amoxicillin and characterized using 1HNMR and FT-IR methods. The solubility of the synthetic drug was measured in a range of solvents. It included linking the nano-drug chitosan with the amino acids found in the protein (1tup) using molecular docking technology, as well as linking chitosan-amoxicillin with the amino acids found in the protein using the molecular docking technology. Efficacy tests were conducted on medications produced from Nano Polymers combined with chitosan Nano Polymers, both separately and as a nano-chitosan-amoxicillin drug.  Both drugs, Nano Chitosan and Nano Chitosan-amoxicillin, were found to be very successful in halting the fast progression of lung cancer type A549 cells.   The combination drug Nano Chitosan-amoxicillin showed greater efficacy compared to Nano Chitosan alone.
