we synthesized in this work a new macromolecular binding phosphorus epoxy matrix trifunctional triglycidyl dihydroxy diphenyl ether phosphoric ester (TGDHDPEPE). We also caracterized the prepolymer epoxy phosphorus by Infrared Spectroscopy Fourier Transform (FTIR). Then we studied its viscosimetric behavior compared to the DGEBA. The latter are performed by using a viscometric apparatus of Ubbelohd type. Finally, we tried to optimize the parameters which influence the reaction of polycondensation for a good yield by the upstream of the synthesis of this new epoxy matrix TGDHDPEPE by experimental design method. This prepolymer epoxy was obtained with a good yield.
