Optimization the treatment of the wastewater industrial from the hot-dip galvanizing of steel by the method of experiment design
Abstract
The optimization of experimental parameters by Nemrodw software allowed us to determine the optimal conditions for a better rate of reduction of suspended solids (SS). The results of theoretical parameters, allowed to give better treatment on the one hand, the process ((Ca(OH)2/ferrocryl®8723) in optimal conditions: a pH of about 9, the type of the coagulant is Al2(SO4)3 and 5g/l dose of ferrocryl®8723, and secondly, by the method of (Al2(SO4)3/ferrocryl®8723).
