Metallic pollution of ground water in Tyikomiyne town (Eastern Morocco)
Abstract
Nine sources of the Tyikomiyne region of the Talsint municipality of oriental Morocco were analyzed for their metal content. They all exceeded the Moroccan standards of drinkability for lead and nickel, probably because of the geologic nature of the crossed grounds. The contents in Zn, Al and Fe were lower than the standards fixed for food and irrigation.
