LE VENGEUR EN LIGNE EST-IL UN E-LEADER D’OPINION ? APPROCHE PAR LA METHODE NETNOGRAPHIQUE

Résumé


This paper proposes to study the profile of the avenger in an online context by comparing it to that of the opinion leader online. To do this, we conducted a qualitative netnographic study by selecting 11 cases of revenge online. Through the thematic analysis, we were able to highlight the similarity of the two profiles in two aspects: empathy and conviction.
