4. Description Abstract After These two Quranic verses emphasize the importance of applying the scientific facts in interpreting cosmic verses in the Glorious Quran. Such practice can prove the qur'anic precedence by a large number of scientific facts, long before man could reach any of such facts, and at a time when the needed tools for such discoveries were not available. This precedence is collectively included under the title "The Scientific Inimitability of The Glorious Quran" which is currently highly needed for both interpreting and translating the correct meaning of the cosmic Quranic verses. It is obvious from both the quoted verses that the Glorious Quran is a reminder for all the worlds, and the only language that can be understood by everybody is the scientific language. This fact is substantiated by the second verse which states that everyone on earth shall know the truthfulness of the Glorious Quran after the completeness of its revelation. This can mainly be accomplished by proving the scientific precision of the Glorious Quran, which has to be accomplished through a definite set of 22 controlling factors summarized in this paper.
