Abstract |
This article highlights the importance of the field of legislative miracle care in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and the need to search in the authentic divine legislation that should be resolved today to replace those inflows of foreign legislation that swept the Muslim societies; and it shall open the door of Ijtihad in this fertile area and concerted efforts between researchers to demonstrate his command and control rules, making studies of comparison between the aspects of legislation in Islam and other legislations under the supervision of multidisciplinary scientific specialists of intellectuals, scholars of Sharia, Culture lawyers, human rights and others. |
