Abstract |
The guarantee is considered as a possible future loan and such as the guarantee’s rulings are similar to those of a loan. For instance, the interdiction of getting a financial compensation for a guarantee because it is considered as loan with a financial return. Moreover, there are issues related to gharar in pricing and to the fact that the financial return contradicts the objectives of the loan contract. |
