There is a need for rhetoric and legislative miracles in financial transactions in today's world in order to consolidate the idea advocated by global voices to benefit from the principles of Islamic economics and finance on a wide human scale and to build Islamic economic theory on solid foundations and balanced rules derived from revelation (the Qur’an and Sunnah) and consistent with Developing human reality developments in addition to further consolidating the jurisprudence of transactions and linking it to legal sources, which is what is provided by the rhetoric and legislative miracles in the hadith of the Prophet through his collection of sciences and knowledge not collected by a book, and no one is surrounded by its knowledge, in a few words and a few letters. In this chapter, the Prophet’s Sunnah contains an important number of hadiths that were mentioned within the word collections in the section on financial transactions. They represent distinct aspects of the miracles that appear clear and bright in the entirety of the jurisprudential rules that include important provisions and legislation in the section of transactions. The research aims to review some examples and images of this miracle by studying the collections of speech in the chapter on financial transactions. Three examples of these brief hadiths have been selected, namely the hadith "No harm or harm", "Do not sell what you do not have" and "Fines for sheep and excretion with security." “Because they include the most important issues and problems that humanity faces today, such as risk management, debt exacerbation, resource allocation and financing the economy. The research concludes with an analysis of the scientific and practical benefits of these legislative rules and provisions in order to guide them in addressing the deficiencies and deviations that humankind suffers in light of the turbulent man-made legislation.
