Abstract

The Islamic Shariaa is considered as the main reference that the Islamic economy depends on by using the Holy Quran that comes at the first position and the Sunnah that comes the 2nd, and it contains many rules and basics which makes the Islamic transactions refers to, whether it is a verbal or practical Sunnah. This article aims to monitor the most important rules and principles, derived through the Sunnah and relied upon in the Islamic economy.
