Abstract


After two long years of debate followed by a vote in Parliament in December 2014, published in the Official Bulletin of the Moroccan banking law N° 103.12 in January 22, 2015, will allow the country and its financial institutions to operate in a regulatory framework and legal compliance with international standards, especially in the frame of the marketing of products and participatory banking services also through the establishment of a unique religious repository and assigns responsibility solely to the High Council of Ulemas to issue notice of compliance. This approach undoubtedly enhances the credibility of our banking system. Above all, this means opportunity for any investor, whether national or foreign.
