Abstract

Islamic finance has known a significant development in recent times reflected in the large number and the multiplicity of its institutions and its expansion across the world, on account of the effectiveness and resilience in the face of the global financial crisis.
The reason for this development is due to excellent specificity which the most prominent is risk theory that is a real benchmark for the safety of legitimacy to the Islamic financing of various forms, formats and accrual return of investment projects.
