Abstract


After the promulgation of the new banking law n°103-12 in February 2015, economists and finance specialists stand curious about the circulars of The Central Bank and The Tax Administration accompanying the introduction of participative (islamic) banks in 2016. However, each specialist or researcher in Islamic Finance wants to know which kind of improvements or adjustments the legislator will introduce on participative banking products regulatory framework, in order to avoid the fail of the alternative banking products launched in 2007.
