Abstract


Crisis management has always been a promising scientific field, full of cognitive variables, whether at scientific research or at technical practices. For a vital sector to Morocco such as education and professional training, immediate dealing with emergency situations has become an urgent societal necessity, to ensure the continuity of pedagogical and training processes, and also for the perseverance of qualification of human capital in terms of values and professional abilities. Thus, the emergency state in Morocco caused by  the Covid-19, has showed that setting up earlier school protocols, that guarantee the right to schooling, is basically a complex practical issue, as it necessarily refers to educational, administrative, Healthy and safety factors. In this article, we consider various educational and formative scenarios, able to be established in a state of health emergency, that ensure the avoidance of white year option, through a didactical-educational approach, that deals with teaching aspects, especially contents planning and programming according to the curriculum directives, and a participatory management approach, that allows integration and coordination between administrative, healthy and associational actors.
