دور مستخلصات شماريخ تمر النخيل في منع تكاثر البكتريا المسببة للعدوى

Abstract

الملخص

لم تذكر شجرة في القرآن الكريم كما ذكر النخل والنخيل فقد ورد ذكرا في عشرين موضعاً وهي  هبة الله للبشرية لتكون رزقا للعباد قال تعالى : "وَالنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَاتٍ لَهَا طَلْعٌ نَضِيدٌ*رِزْقًا لِلْعِبَادِ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَيْتًا كَذَلِكَ الْخُرُوجُ"(ق:10-11)

وقد أنجزت وتنجز  أبحاث علمية تظهر فضائل  شجرة النخيل المباركة في كل عناصرها و بجميع مكوناتها,  وفي هذا الإطار  قمنا بدراسة تأثير  الزيوت الأساسية أو الطيارة مستخرجة من الشماريخ( وهي أغصان صغيرة يتدلى منها التمر) على تسعة  أنواع بكتيرية تضم العصيات  الإيجابية  والسالبة الغرام والمكورات الإيجابية الغرام و خميرة ضارة)  . وبخصوص النتائج  فالزيت الطيار منع تكاثر  جميع    البكتريا  المدروسة, منها النوع المسبب للتسمم  مثل شجيلا  shigella    و البكتريا المسببة للإتهاب البولي   Klebseilla     وأيضا البكتريا المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية مثل E coli Blse و Pseudomonas aeruginosa .

انطلاقا من النتائج, نلحظ أن هذا الزيت أعطى نتائج مشجعة في الحد من تكاثر الميكروبات الضارة والمسببة للتعفن البولي أوالتسمم الغذائي أو المعروفة بمقاومتها للأدوية, وربما تفيد  هذه المساهمة  العلماء في المزيد من استنباط فوائد التمر المذكور في القرآن والسنة النبوية.

THE ROLE OF PALM TREE EXTRACTS IN PREVENTING THE PROLIFERATION

OF INFECTED BACTERIA

A palm tree is mentioned in the Qur'an in twenty places. It is God's gift to mankind " And tall (and stately) palm-trees, with shoots of fruit-stalks, piled one over another; And tall (and stately) palm-trees, with shoots of fruit-stalks, piled one over another;" the Holy Quran (kaf 10-11)

Scientific research has been carried out showing the virtues of the blessed palm tree in all its components , and in this context we have studied the effect of essential oils  extracted from the shmriks (small branches from which dates hang) on nine bacterial species including positive  gram bacilli and cocci , negative gram bacilli  and yeast.  The results showed  the inhibition of all bacteria studied, including the type causing food  intoxication such as shigella, as well as antibiotic-resistant bacteria such as E coli BlSE and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Based on the results, we note that this oil has given encouraging results in reducing the proliferation of harmful and causative microbes, urinary infections , or food intoxication  or  bacteria resistance to drugs.
