Abstract

The 1,3-dipolar cyc/oaddition reaction of alkylated quinoxaline derivatives with nitrile
imine, nitrile oxides and azide was investigated. The structures of obtained cycloadducts were characterized by FT-lR, 1H, 13C NMR spectra, mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The synthesized products were subjected to in-vitro biological evaluation against two human tumor cells (BxPc-3 and Pane-l). Several tested compounds showed significant activities.
