Résumé

The construction sector in Morocco is a real potential for development. The infrastructure project of diversity and the fight against dirty habitats show the impact of these projects in social development, the countries economic and environmental. In this competitive environment, ISO 14001 and high environmental quality are requirements and guidelines for the environmental management system applied to buildings. To assist companies in these two approaches, we will investigate the causal relationship between SWOT1 / FFOM2 analysis with the High Environmental Quality (HEQ).

The analytical results and extrapolation of our SWOT matrix on the standard environmental management system (EMS) ISO 14001/2015 with14 targets of the High Environmental Quality (HQE), proves the presence of the existing relationship between the analysis of the relevant stakeholders and HQE. In addition, SWOT appropriation allows defining the environmental objectives of both approaches.
