Enhancing Competence Transfer in Higher Education through Video Podcasting

This research is an original contribution that aims to study the impact of video podcast on the performance of learning in university learners. This research work also examines the strategic dynamics adopted by this tool in training and teaching.
Our perspective is to understand the video podcast and know their effectiveness and efficiency on the learning of learners during a training.
To address our problem, we based our research on a literature review on video podcasting and learning performance and an empirical study conducted with learners in the educational technology and pedagogical innovation field.
We approached our research field based on a qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
The efficiency and effectiveness of video podcasts were clearly highlighted, as most learners find this tool to be a key element in overcoming anxiety and stress in these specific situations. A very good motivation for learners and encourages them to acquire new skills.
The results of the empirical study show that the video podcast promotes learning performance in training.
