ملخص:

تحاول هذه المقالة البحث في الأصول التاريخية لبروز وتشكل مفهوم الاقتصاد الاجتماعي باعتباره اقتصاد يسعى للتوفيق بين النظرية الرأسمالية والاشتراكية،واتخاد طريق الوسط بينهما فهو أسلوب يوائم بين رأسمالية السوق الحر،والمفهوم السلمي والتضامن الاجتماعي كأداة لتصحيح وترميم سلبيات العولمة والفردانية المطلقة،والاهتمام بالإنسان في إطار تفعيل ثقافة التكافل والتعاون والتضامن والتشارك وإعطاء الأولوية للمشاريع الاجتماعية،التي كان لها صدى قوي على التنمية البشرية وخاصة في الدول المتقدمة.

Abstract:

This article attempts to examine the historical origins of the emergence and formation of the concept of social economy as an economy that seeks to reconcile between capitalist theory and socialism,and to take a middle path between them, as it is a method that harmonizes between free market capitalism,the peaceful concept and social solidarity as a tool for correcting and restoring the negatives of globalization and absolute individualism,and caring for people within the frmawork of activating the culture of solidarity,cooperation,solidarity and sharing, and giving priority to social projects,which had astrong impact on human development especially in developed countries.
