الملخص بالعربية:

يعتبر مفهوم السلطة من المفاهيم التي أحدثت جدالا موسعا بين العلماء والمفكرين من جميع التخصصات على مر الخط الزمني لتطور الفكر الإنساني، وعليه يمكن الجزم بأن مفهوم السلطة مفهوم لصيق بالدولة، أي بالجهاز الحاكم، بمعنى أن هناك خلط بين السلطة وبين القوة، لكن عندما ننظر الى مفهوم السلطة بشكل مقتطع من سياقه الإعتيادي، نجد أنفسنا أمام تفسيرات بسيطة نختزلها في التعريف الذي يرمي الى ما معناه: أن تتمتع فئة من الناس بصلاحيات معينة مع حيازة الحق في إصدار الأحكام والأوامر للآخرين، وما على الآخرين إلا تنفيذ هذه الأحكام، أي اتخاد وضعية "آمرين ومأمورين" بطريقة قانونية.

ولقد ساد في الدراسات السوسيولوجية لفهوم السلطة الخلط بينها وبين بعض المفاهيم مثل: مفهوم القوة ومفهوم النفوذ ومفهوم الإجبار ومفهوم الإكراه... لكن سنحاول في التعاطي مع مفهوم السلطة أن ندرسها من ناحية "فعل السلط" كفعل منظم لعملية قيادة فريق العمل بطريقة التوجيه والرقابة كما يقول "والتر بكلي Walter BUKLEY" في تعريفه للسلطة لتحقيق أهداف جمعية مشتركة بين قمة الهيكل التنظيمي للتنظيم وقاعدته.

Abstract :

       The concept of power is one of the concepts that caused an expanded debate between scholars and thinkers of all disciplines throughout the timeline of the development of human thought, and therefore it can be asserted that the concept of power is a concept that is close to the state, i.e. the ruling apparatus, meaning that there is confusion between power and power, but when we look at The concept of authority is carved out of its ordinary context, and we find ourselves in front of simple interpretations that we reduce in the definition that aims to what it means: that a group of people has certain powers while possessing the right to issue rulings and orders to others, and others only have to implement these provisions, i.e. taking a position.
