ملخص:
يبرز هذا المقال مدى أهمية الرأسمال الاجتماعي في تحقيق تنمية حقيقية داخل المجتمع ا،ويعتبر التماسك والترابط بين أفراد المجتمع عاملا أساسيا لتحديد مدى قوة الدولة وقدرتها على تجاوز الأزمات الاجتماعية المختلفة التي تواجهها،ويشكل رأس المال الاجتماعي مصدرا من المصادر المجتمعية التي تربط المواطنين وتوحدهم وتمكنهم من مسايرة أهدافهم بصورة أكثر فعالية،إذ تتحكم في إرادة المواطنين وتدعوهم للتعاون والتعاضد مع بعضهم البعض في مختلف مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية.
This article highlight the extent of social capital in achieving realdevelopment withinsociety,and the cohesion and interdependence of membersof society,and the cohesion and interdependence of member of society is a fundamental factor in determining the extent of the state’s strength and its obility to overcome the various social crises it faces,and social capital is a source Of societal resources that bind citizens,unite them and enable them to adopting their gools more effectively,as it controls the will of citizens and invites them to cooperate and cooperate with each other in all aspects of social life the words.
