L’évaluation des établissements scolaires au Maroc : état actuel et perspectives.

Résumé

This article deals with the problem of the evaluation of institutions in the Moroccan context. It establishes an inventory of its progressive institutionalization within the education system, achievements in the field, training in the evaluation of institutions, while pointing out the risks of abuse related to institutional evaluation. It is also about proposing conditions for a successful implementation.

he mentions the disturbing situation of the institutional evaluation in Morocco; it indicates a weakness in the training of the actors, the importance of the control procedures to complete the administrative formalities, and the absence of a system of the evaluation of the establishments.

Résumé :

L’article traite la problématique de l’évaluation des établissements au contexte Marocain. Il pose un état des lieux de sa progressive institutionnalisation au sein du système éducatif, des réalisations en la matière, de la formation à l’évaluation des établissements, tout en signalant les risques de dérives liée à l’évaluation institutionnelle. Il s’agit aussi de proposer des conditions pour une mise en œuvre réussie.

L’article évoque la situation inquiétante de l’évaluation institutionnelle au Maroc ; il indique une faiblesse au niveau de la formation des acteurs, la prégnance des procédures de contrôle pour accomplir les formalités administratives, et l’absence de dispositif de l’évaluation des établissements.
