LE SYSTEME DE MANAGEMENT DE LA QUALITE DANS UNE OPTIQUE ORIENTEE VERS LES RESSOURCES HUMAINES

Résumé

Le capital humain est un atout essentiel pour toute entreprise, jouant un rôle important dans le développement de la performance, l’amélioration de l'image d’entreprise et l’instauration d’une culture d'amélioration continue.

Dans un monde fortement concurrentiel, il constitue un avantage concurrentiel par rapport aux autres entreprises. Ce travail se concentre sur l’importance du capital humain, en particulier dans la fonction des ressources humaines (RH), tout en introduisant la notion de qualité comme un facteur clé de cette différenciation concurrentielle. Le travail de recherche adopte une approche théorique, en optant pour une méthode de synthèse des connaissances pour dresser un état des lieux sur cette problématique. Dans le cadre de cette recherche, la normalisation se traduit par l’application volontaire de normes traitant spécifiquement du management des ressources humaines.

Human capital is an essential asset for any company, playing a key role in improving performance, image and culture of continuous improvement.

In the current competitive environment, it constitutes an element of differentiation compared to other companies. This work focuses on the importance of human capital, particularly in the human resources (HR) function, while introducing the notion of quality as a key factor in this competitive differentiation. The research work adopts a theoretical approach, opting for a knowledge synthesis method to take stock of this issue. In the context of this research, standardization results in the voluntary application of standards specifically dealing with human resources management.
