Résumé

In inter-organizational relationships, trust is a critical factor that plays a key role in the success of these relationships. Trust can reduce transaction costs, improve communication, cooperation, and lead to the development of long-term relationships. However, lack of information or a history of mistrust can make it difficult to establish and maintain trust.

In our article, we examine the role of trust in inter-organizational relationships and argue that it is essential for reducing the costs associated with monitoring and enforcing agreements, as well as for facilitating cooperation between organizations.
