The role of reconciliation in achieving social peace

ملخص المقال باللغة العربية:     

وعيا بالمشرع المغربي بالحفاظ على السلم الاجتماعي واستقرار العلاقة الشغلية في ظل تزايد عدد نزاعات الشغل التي لا تعرف أي انخفاض عمل على إحداث مؤسسات إدارية قادرة على المساهمة في الحد من هذه النزاعات، وذلك من خلال دورها الأساسي في إجراء الصلح بين أطراف العلاقة الشغلية بغية الوصول إلى اتفاق ودي يضع حدا للنزاع، كما عمل  على توفير جهاز قضائي يختص بإجراء الصلح  في نزاعات الشغل عندما لا يتم اللجوء إلى الجهات الإدارية المكلفة بالصلح أو بعد فشل هذه الأخيرة في نجاح محاولة الصلح.

Summary of the article in English 

     Due to the need for the Moroccan legislator to maintain social peace and stability of the employment relationship and to reduce labor disputes, he sought to establish administrative institutions capable of contributing to reducing these differences through reconciliation. and to play the role of reconciliation between the parties for the working relationship to reach an amicable agreement.

    It has also worked to provide a judiciary that attempts to reconcile labor disputes when the dispute fails before the administrative authorities assigned to it, or after the dispute is brought directly before the courts.
