Abstract :

Environmental crimes  with a terrorist dimension. (chapter  218-3 from the anti-terrorism law 03.03)

Environmental dangers are numerous that they can threaten not only man but as well as his entire environment. However, this environmental risk can be out of control when it is linked to strategies and plans that aim to destroy the environmental wealth in order to stir up fear and terror between citizens.

Taking these environmental risks into consideration, the Moroccan legislator has qualified them among the terrorist crimes in chapter 218 of the anti-terrorism law 03.03.
