Résumé

This article aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of organizational culture (OC) measurement and the pivotal role of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) developed by Cameron and Quinn (2006). The key findings of this article highlight the importance of the measurement of the organizational culture as a crucial initiative endorsing several issues and challenges. As well, the OCAI emerges as a reliable and effective instrument for assessing OC. Consequently, this article stands as a valuable addition to the broader field of organizational culture and its assessment, reinforcing its essential role within organizations, with particular emphasis on the OCAI.
