Mohammed Haichar, Sanae Haouari

Like most regions of the world, Morocco has increased efforts to make its territories more and more attractive on all fronts. To this end, it has adopted a proximity policy in terms of development by creating economic and social promotion agencies in the different regions, whose main role is to assist local actors in the proposal and execution of development projects.

The main objective of this communication is to evaluate the impact of the actions of the southern agency as initiator and representative of the state to make the southern provinces more and more attractive for national and international investors.
