Résumé

The article constitutes the theoretical outcome of the relationship between the ambiguous concepts "strategy, and Performance ". It has set a final objective the presentation of a literature review summarized the concepts keys, which are in a quarter century, about s many theoretical controversies conducted by various schools, the conclusions of these studies were highly significant since they were supported by empirical observations and theoretical foundations. The consistency of the company's functions   , good management, and financial and economic strategy accelerate the competitive advantage of the firm within the market, which determines and strengthens its performance.
