Artificial intelligence in Moroccan customs

Résumé

For years, artificial intelligence has been the subject of an increasing number of publications. It is one of the driving forces behind the revolution in technologies, organizations and society at the beginning of this century.

Public administrations in Morocco, in particular customs, are no exception to this dynamic and all these aspects are affected.

Artificial intelligence was an opportunity for it to transform multiple aspects of organizational governance, improve its efficiency and offer quality service, thanks to effective use of masses of data by integrating both machine learning and deep learning methods.

This article aims to take a closer look at artificial intelligence by placing it in a very specific context, namely customs.
