Le rôle de la gestion du capital intellectuel dans la promotion de l’innovation et la création de la valeur : Cas des sociétés de l’industrie laitière au Maroc.

Résumé


Cet article a pour objectif d’explorer les pratiques de gestion du capital intellectuel par les sociétés de la filière laitière au Maroc afin de promouvoir l’innovation et créer de la valeur. A cet effet, une étude qualitative exploratoire est menée auprès de trois opérateurs leader dans le domaine. La méthode de collecte des données adoptée est l’entretien semi directif et l’analyse de contenu est faite sur Quirkos. Les questions adressées aux 15 managers des trois cas sélectionnés sur la base des critères quantitatifs et qualitatifs, sont issues de la revue de littérature développée et qui a porté sur la définition de la notion du capital intellectuel ainsi que sa gestion et son impact sur la promotion de l’innovation et la création de la richesse. Suite aux résultats obtenus, les organisations concernées sont consciente du rôle du capital humain principalement comme étant créateur de connaissances incluses dans des produits et services commercialisés. Le capital externe notamment les clients et les fournisseurs sont reconnus également comme source de connaissances dans des limites et sous contraintes. L’étude a conclu qu’un effort considérable demeure à déployer en matière de la codification des connaissances pour améliorer le capital interne dans sa partie organisationnelle. Le constat est fait également au sujet de la nécessité de mettre en place une stratégie globale de gestion de cet actif suprême tout en mettant en place des mesures nécessaires pour la génération des tableaux de bord pertinents.
