Youth entrepreneurship and business opportunities in the former region Doukala-Abda
Résumé
Currently, Morocco is seeking to improve and lift-up its economy and make it more competitive and strong, capable of facing the misdeeds of globalization, is now engaged in sector promotion strategies able to boost SMES in Morocco. This approach is putting the human factor in the center and try to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit that will lead to the Economic and social development.
In the context of the promotion of SMES in Morocco which advocates entrepreneurship of the youth, our problematic is translated by the following questions: are young people motivated by the entrepreneurship? Are there opportunities to take and what are the obstacles that prevent young people to undertake the process of entrepreneurship?
This communication has for objective:
⁃ To identify the motivations and representations of entrepreneurship among young people;
⁃ Identify business opportunities and market niches by focusing on innovative approaches;
⁃ To determine the obstacles and constraints that impede the action of entrepreneurship;
⁃ To identify the solutions and recommendations to enable the young to go to the action.
