Le Financement des petites et moyennes entreprises : Cas du Maroc

Résumé


Les PME jouent un rôle crucial dans la croissance économique pour les pays en développement mais aussi dans les pays développés. Dans toutes les économies, les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) représentent la plus grande part des entreprises et une part énorme en termes de création d'emploi. Cependant, le rôle joué par des PME est contraint par un financement insuffisant et un style management inadapté. Les gouvernements ont de plus en plus attribués des rôles économiques principaux à de telles entreprises et à l’amélioration de leur compétitivité. Le cas marocain ne fait pas l’exception. Plusieurs organismes ont été dédiés à l’accompagnement des PME sur tous les plans et plusieurs programmes ont été mis en œuvre, mais les résultats attendus sont loin d’être atteints.
