The objective of this article is to show the effect of multiculturality on the entrepreneurial capital of the MRE entrepreneur. The latter draws models, ideas and resources from it.

MREs are Moroccans residing abroad who have returned to Morocco to create their business. Locals are those who have always lived in Morocco and are entrepreneurs. They are therefore two types of entrepreneurs of Moroccan origin but with different life paths (migrants and non-migrants).
