La digitalisation comme Facteur de l’innovation
Résumé
Digital technologies have an impact on innovation in all sectors of the economy including traditional fields. This study examines the relationship between digitalisation and innovation and more specifically the strategies adopted by companies to foster innovation in the digital age. Digital resources serve as building blocks for innovation, and they have the potential to be part of several value streams simultaneously. This article presents the opportunities of the digital culture of companies as an important lever for innovation in all aspects of the company. Among other things, digitalisation allows the customer to be at the heart of the company's strategy, the financing of innovative projects is no longer an obstacle in the digital age, faster and more efficient innovation processes as well as better collaboration between internal and external actors stimulating innovation.
