Heat transfer of non-linear viscoelastic fluid in square cavity heated from verical walls
Résumé
In this work, we have numerically studied the natural convection of viscoelastic fluids in square cavity. For modeling the behavior of the flow related to the viscoelastic fluid which includes both the effects of elasticity and shear thinning, the constitutive equation of Oldroyd-B model is used. Also boundary conditions are different temperature at the vertical walls and the horizontal sides are adiabatic. For the resolution of the problem finite volume method (FVM) is proposed on staggered grid to discretize the conservation and constitutive equations. The main purpose of the present study is to examine the effects of elastic property on the flow and the heat transfer
