Vibrational study by IR and Raman of ZnNH4P3O9

Résumé


Chemical preparation, IR and Raman studies are given for the cyclotriphosphate ZnNH4P3O9. ZnNH4P3O9, isotypic to MnNH4P3O9, is monoclinic Pmcn with the following unit-cell dimensions : a = 7.45(4)Å, b = 14.43(3)Å,
c = 10.04(1)Å, β = 121.00(3)° and Z = 4. ZnNH4P3O9 is stable, in the conditions of temperature and pressure of our laboratory, until 450°C.
