Résumé


By the beginning of the 21st century, the world witnessed the emergence of
information network that developed electronic business specially the E-Commerce.
This new notion of trade permitted the transmission and communication of data’s of
any good regardless the time and place, in addition to the creation of a competitive
atmosphere by the creation of goods and services alternatives.
