The health sector is a sensitive sector, as health is a factor of economic, social and cultural prosperity. The public hospital in Morocco is confronted with constraints and dysfunctions that have a direct impact on the quality of care provided. It is therefore essential to control the quality of care in any health care entity and to first identify its basic principles. This article aims to define the basic principles and methods of quality of care in health care institutions.
