Résumé

although the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic crisis was immediately apparent
at all levels, the sector of services delocalization did not endure the consequences of the
sudden drop in economic activity throughout the world, it has consequently shown a strong
resilience. From this perspective, our work is part of two approaches: the first is to contribute
to an updated reflection of the concept of resilience that is adapted to the recent constraints;
the second is to provide an attempt at conceptual modeling of resilience in the sector of
services delocalization. Our results, focused on the analysis of the interconnections between
the specificities of the two concepts, show a certain pre-eminence of factors related to the
networked organization, numerical culture, formation and technological infrastructure. The
cognitive dimension acquires a fundamental importance, which imposes in this sense to the
organizations to deploy resilient practices, according to a processual vision much more
oriented towards the creation of competences, synergy and experiences to confront these
turbulences.
