Résumé

Over the past few decades, entrepreneurship has become an inescapable phenomenon of our time.  It is a key factor for growth, restructuring and development of the productive fabric, innovation and job creation. It is within this framework that Morocco has recently initiated a process of structural transformation which is reflected in the efforts made by the State to consolidate the foundations of a modern and competitive economy, to simplify the creation of enterprises, encourage their growth and promote entrepreneurship.

In this article, we will first attempt to approach theoretically the concept of entrepreneurship in its various forms and in a second step, we will focus on the entrepreneurial dynamics in Morocco for a better understanding of the term while emphasizing the factors in favor of entrepreneurial dynamics and the constraints and obstacles to the development of enterprises, especially those run by women.  Thirdly, this article will attempt to highlight the current state of women's entrepreneurship in the Oriental Region and the participation of women in the entrepreneurial dynamics that Morocco has experienced.
