Résumé
Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) continue to influence the daily lives of organizations, that are deeply affected at all levels. Banking activity, in a specific way, is largely or entirely based on the use of ICTs.
This paper is about the level of ICT use in the Moroccan Banking Sector. A questionnaire was addressed to three hundred and forty-five (345) banking actors. The results show that Moroccan banks massively use ICTs. However, this level of use of technologies is not homogeneous from one bank to another. In addition, ICTs must be used in order to take advantage of and contribute to the development of the Moroccan bank.
