Résumé
In this contribution we will try to show that regardeless the territorial scale concerned, attractiveness requires a transversal marketing approach in order to bring out a project envisioned by a multitude of stakeholders. The attitude of these stakeholders with diverging interests, sometimes contradictory, fuels the reflection on the appropriate mode of governance.
